Teaching you mindful body healing practices to adopt daily, while providing you with a meal plan and all recipes, shopping list, daily activity guide and reflection guide to help you measure your progress to health and longevity. Recipes available in either vegetarian or carnivore options. A great way to start off the new season, with new healthy habits!
